$1M Enterprise Platform Migration
Challenge
A $1M SharePoint to WordPress migration for psychiatrist.com had stalled in pre-production. The team did not have a viable path to build and launch the site within the required timeframe, and momentum with the client was slipping.
Approach
I was brought in to reassess the whole initiative. I ran a full project evaluation, identified where delivery had broken down, and rebuilt the execution plan. I brought in a third-party development partner to fill the resource gap, established clear ownership across internal and offshore teams, and worked directly with the client to nail down what could realistically ship in the new platform. The goal was a working path forward, not a new set of promises.
Outcome
The site launched on time. Stakeholder confidence recovered, and the successful delivery directly led to a promotion into a director-level role with expanded leadership scope. For a project that had already been written off internally, getting it across the line mattered.
