$1M Enterprise Platform Migration
Challenge
A $1M SharePoint-to-WordPress migration for psychiatrist.com had stalled mid-delivery. The project had accumulated technical debt, coordination gaps between internal and offshore teams, and lost stakeholder confidence.
Approach
I joined the initiative during the delivery transition and focused on stabilization. I established visibility into the backlog, clarified ownership across time zones, and reset stakeholder expectations with a credible revised plan. Throughout the project, I provided architectural guidance, resolved long-standing blockers, and coordinated the distributed team through to launch.
Outcome
Successfully delivered the platform migration on target. This engagement led directly to a promotion into a Director-level role, with a mandate to build out broader technical service offerings.
