The person behind
the work

I’m Greg Kellerman, based in Hartford, WI. My background is in programming. I started building things and over 15 years grew into leading the teams and strategies behind them, mostly in agency and martech environments.

That path matters because I can evaluate AI tools hands-on, not just in a slide deck. I’ve built BI systems from scratch, delivered a $1M enterprise platform migration, and designed a company-wide AI adoption rollout across 30 people spanning SEO, paid media, BI, and executive teams. I’ve done the technical work and I’ve run the teams doing it.

Currently doing fractional AI and data strategy work through Cohesive DataOps, and actively looking for a full-time Director-level role where this kind of thinking is needed.
