Structured AI Platform Adoption
Challenge
Leadership wanted to integrate AI into workflows, but without governance there were risks around data exposure, inconsistent usage, and compliance. Ad-hoc AI usage was already happening without oversight.
Approach
I led a structured evaluation process across available AI platforms, assessing security posture, team-level controls, and workflow fit. We selected Team-GPT for its governance capabilities and team-based rollout support. I defined usage policies, onboarding processes, and approved use cases before broad access was granted. We then developed AI-assisted internal tools targeting high-volume SEO and paid media workflows.
Outcome
The organization adopted AI across teams with clear governance in place. Internal tooling reduced manual effort on repeatable workflows, and when clients started asking about AI capabilities, the agency had concrete examples to demonstrate.
