Structured AI Platform Adoption
Challenge
Leadership wanted to bring AI into everyday workflows, but ad-hoc AI usage was already happening without any oversight. The risks were real: data exposure, inconsistent outputs, no governance. We needed a way to move fast without creating new problems.
Approach
I ran a structured evaluation of available AI platforms, focused on security posture, team-level access controls, and how well each tool would actually fit into existing workflows. We selected Juma.ai for its governance capabilities and support for team-based rollouts. Before broad access went out, I defined usage policies, approved use cases, and built an onboarding process. From the decision to go-live across the organization took under two months. Once the platform was in place, we built AI-assisted internal tools targeting the highest-volume workflows in SEO and paid media.
Outcome
AI rolled out across 30 people spanning SEO, paid media, BI, and executive teams, with clear governance in place from day one. The SEO team saw immediate productivity gains on content workflows. When clients started asking about the agency's AI capabilities, we had concrete examples ready, not a roadmap.
